Definitely tuning into this thread for more quail updates Was that white one a different variety that ended up in the eggs you incubated or is it a white colour pattern of the same quails you have?

It's just a white color pattern so still a coturnix quail

Incubation time! Easy to turn it once or twice a day. And this old incubator we picked off kijiji. The door was kinda busted and heat system was a little wonky (which was why it was like 10 bucks). Cut a hole in it so we can see inside. Temperature drops a little bit every time we open it but hope it doesn't affect them too much. Will post updates after hatching

Hi Danyoh, This year I made 20 rooster pulpit to eat and today I have 2 new laying hens: an easter eggers and a silky for my eggs and she is beautiful
