This section is dependant on participation from all over Canada. Without a wide array of members there will always be gaps we can't fill. It is my hope that members from every province will contribute. Even posting extremely common species can be helpful to let others know that there is a site in that area. Most people wouldn't think of the prairies as a good area for carnivorous plants but there a pockets all over the place.
To help get people out there I am offering incentives to those who participate. Anyone that does the following will get free plants and discounts from myself.
Adding a photo to any thread Adding additional photos that are missing (flowers, habitat, seed capsules, pollinators, etc.) Adding a photo to a thread that has no photos
After the common species are filled in I will update this with a list of species and specific rewards if you can share photographs of them.
Anyone that would also like to contribute to the cause and offer free plants or other rewards please contact me on this forum or through canadiancarnivorousplants@gmail.com
