Hi everyone! Just want to share my D. Adelae with you They seem to be very happy after the 're-homing'; one of them is going to bloom soon! They used to be grown in separate pots, from 2" to 4". Current Grow conditions: Temperature: 20°C-25°C Humidity: 90%-100% Soil: Standard CP mix 1:1 Peat/Perlite, very moist at all time Light time: 10-12 hours/day This is what they look like on Sept 30th (some more adelae added on the next day) And today: About my D. Adelae: I bought a 4" pot of Adelae at farmer's market from Pop's during late spring. There were 3 of them, they were very pretty and bloomed soon after they settled. After that they started to grow and grow, took over many pots, to a point that I gave 2 away to my friends, and still have a dozen pots of Adelae! D. Adelae is a great sundew, it doesn't require as much light to be happy and it gets pretty big to keep bugs at bay! Great for terrarium as well (if you don't mind it taking over ) PS: They turn full blood-red under intensive light, the coloration can be adjusted to your preference by increasing/decreasing the amount of light; for me I like them green and slightly red

Yea I don't like perlite floating or on the surface, it doesn't look great to me. Give yours more humidity and love, it will recover and soon take over all your pots!

Simply beautiful! I was wondering where you got them I've been looking for some carnivorous plants for a few years. Finally snatched up a Venus fly trap from a garden center in ontario. But these are just magical!

Humidity 100%, and Temperature is 24-27C They don't like to bloom, but once they do, the flowers last for a long time (compare to other Drosera)

I Have some success lowering the humidity for D. Adelae, they seem to be happy with room humidity (40%-50%) as long as I am lowering it very slowly!
