Hi all, I was wondering if any of you have had experience with this company. I have bought several items from them over the years, and generally I had no complaints but this last order got messed up something awful. I ordered my yearly replacement bulbs back in July, and then by mid to end of August, was wondering where they were. I got in touch with the company, and they said they would look into it. Nearly 2 weeks later, I get a reply saying they have no idea what happened to this order and that all they can do is offer a refund. They verified that I had the same credit card that I had paid with, and said the refund would be issued. Well, here I am, mid-October,no refund, no bulbs and basically getting no response from the company at this point. Not sure what has happened to this place, but I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth, at the cost of 50$.

Hal I haven't tried. I figured since the payment was accepted in July,that it'd be futile. Then again, running out of options. This is all pretty stupid, but 50$ is 50$
