Too cool!!! I have always thought that crayfish would be an excellent addition to a terrarium dream build. I've wanted to try them myself, but was holding off until I could get one of the dwarf varieties. Any tips on keeping crayfish?

I might have baby crayfishes next year if you are interested in trading Mine is marbled, self cloning and Crayfishes are stays small (4" Max according to the seller) They are very hardy, need no filter, air pump no heater, just need water changes once in a while, food, and access to land for breathing. I use a potted plant (above water level) to filter her water, if you plant plants in her water she will eat them when she's low on food or bored.

My neighbours have axolotls and I always go over to see them Cute little guys They are COOL! I have 2, but the issue for me is that they can't go with any fish or they eat them. And they hide a lot if they have light. The breeders in bought from said they prefer no light as it stresses them out. They also need a big tank since I have 2. I wanna put cichlids in, but I would have to move the axolotls. So i don't know if I am gonna keep them.😕 my dad wants nice schooling fish or cichlids in that tank, but I like the axolotls. I will only give them away if they are going to a good home. It is too bad they are not very friendly with other fish. Mine ate a chub so night his body was cured inside the fish. There was 2 bumps poking out on 1 side and the other side of the axolotl had a curve. The minnow was to big to fit without curving lol! They are really cool though. It's too bad, because when I bought them the breeder said they are very friendly and get along in groups and with other fish. I guess they lied lol they sold them for 10 dollars because they were moving so they were trying to get rid of them. That's why they said they get along well with everything lol.

I keep mine with 3 goldfish, 1 apple snail and 1 catfish without problems If you train yours, they can actually be day active. I have mine trained to be active during daytime and she's not afraid of light. Smaller fish will become snacks for sure

I never bothered with a light, because they like the dark and cool water but if I put fish in i will put a light.
