...hello Snapperhead, thanks for posting more pics of your collection. Heliamphora in a greenhouse???, hmm, I thought they liked cooler temps. I would not put any of mine in my greenhouse where temps will probably reach, or surpass 35 degrees Celcius.

well there very hardy plants and my temps get well above that here in summer even with water cooling air con , as out side tepms get well over 40c regularly for weeks at a time , last year i recoded temps in mid Jan of 56c + out side the G/H & between the house and unit out back , it got that hot is stuffed the led screen on my dig thermometer it totally blacked out , and as u see the helis are ok ,just need that good amount or high air flow to combat it . and resolvable humidity up from 50%

O yes that's me , Sofie was great to do the TV show with ,she was so impressed with the plants and what I was doing she brought all her 5 kids back a few days later to show them the pants ,they were all stocked as
There must be something about the Australian climate that the Heliamphora love. I visited Geoff Mansell of Exotica Plants in Queensland a decade ago and his greenhouse of mature, flowering Heliamphora were breath taking. I know there is a big difference between Adelaide and almost tropical Queensland, but your Heliamphora are just as impressive. One thing Geoff couldn't grow was Darlingtonia. I'd gladly give up the Darlingtonia for the Nepenthes and Heliamphora you can grow in Australia.
