Thanks!

I used to have some but the rottweiler ate the pot and soil twice then it got forgotten about and never repoted. I should see if I can find and save it. Sorry I can't be of much help. I do see it in garden centers often.

I have a plant which looks like a Rhipsalis. I certainly could give you a cutting. It sends out adventitious roots all the time so it should be really easy to grow. www.thechocolatetulip.comThis place has an unusual collection of succulents and they have rhipsalis like plants growing there. I bought my plant at: www.yelp.ca/biz/summerhill-nursery-and-floral-torontoand they may have some in the spring.

We have one at school that produces red berries periodically. Don't know the species. If you'd like I can take a picture and start a cutting for you.

And thanks to H2O, too. I'll be visiting the island at the end of May and will try and arrange a meetup in Victoria. Ian

Great to hear! I'll show you around wherever you want to go and if you have time we could have an Island CP BBQ. Make sure you have lots of space in your luggage to bring back plants

H2O - I'll let you know dates once I get things sorted. Thanks Lloyd and LucST for the assistance, too. Yeah, yeah, sure. "The dog ate it". Lloyd, I'd like a chunk of whatever you have, and let me know if you want some of the E. tirucali.

Whenever you want, you can have some. It will give me a reason to repot it.

Dogs like the lower corners of windows for some reason. We looked after a greyhound once that ate half a wooden windowsill and the corner of a vinyl window during a thunderstorm.
Thanks everyone. I think I'm all set and I'll check Summerhill and maybe Sheridan in Unionville as well. They sometimes have some unlabelled treasures.

I found a few different Rhipsalis at Valley View on Kennedy north of Finch. Clockwise from top left: R? NOID (Bonus points if you can name it!) R. capilliformis R. mesembryanthemoides (say that 5 times fast) R. ramulosa "Red" R. pilocarpa Euphorbia platyclada Orbea asclepiaddaceae I also have R. (Hatiora) salicornioides I got at Sheridan.

I think the first one is a Cylindropuntia species, like the "Cane" cactus.
I actually bought the same species as the one between the pots (#5) today when I called you about the R. pilocarpa. I knew it was a Stapeliad, now I know the genus. I wonder what the species is.
The Euphorbia looks quite weird & Interesting.
