Jurassic park was inspired by the lost world, home of heliamphoras :-)

Personally, I had very little doubt about this, for a while already i've been wondering how come there where never any found fossilized, us being in one of the countries with the most fossils found. These plants took millions of years to adapt, that thus meeans they have been around for that long!

Lets hope that more are found soon! It would be fascinating to see what these plants looked like in the past.
On tv they always portray that there was really large insects, imagine the how big the plants/traps could be!
