3 flower spikes and indont see any seed pods or anything? R they hard to get seed from?

Some species set seed more easily than others, which do you have flowering?
Also, Genlisea seeds can take a very long time to sprout, so leaf pullings/trap cuttings are a much more preferable option for quick propagation. It still doesn't hurt to scatter a few on the uncolonized surface of that species container.

G. lobata x. violacea. Is the one i have. Think ill just un pot and divide

I've never seen that one produce seed, dividing sounds like a good idea.

Tried leaf cuttings awhile back but i think they died ..

The leaves have to be pullings, including the white part near the base. Lay on waterlogged peat in bright light and there should be new growth within a few weeks.

Yah i did that but i stuck rhem back into the media Ill try just laying them down next time
