I'm not sure I want to order from CZ again after the package I received from them this spring. The box was completely ripped open and a few plants had rotted away to a very tiny bulb (flytraps). For one plant, which was $65 or something ridiculous, arrived without any leaves and was about a half centimeter wide. Its kind of funny because the most expensive plant I ordered didn't even make it. It was too weak to recover from the pests from earlier this summer. One of the sundews I ordered didn't have roots as well.

I can say many of my plants are from czplants. On 3-4 orders, a couple was on the tiny side but i never lost a plant.
What they said when you emailed them back about the issues? I understand that kind of order can be very frustrating..

I understand that kind of order can be very frustrating.. I didn't email them about it unfortunately. It has been a busy summer. The plant would have survived if it weren't for the pests, but the condition and size of the plant for $65 was pretty disappointing. Personally I don't think any flytrap should be sold for anything above $25 unless it's a really slow growing clone, but I really wanted that clone. Most of the other plants that arrived looked great too though which I should have mentioned earlier.

...Devon, that is very, very unfortunate. I have ordered, and received from them, on two different occasions Cephalotus Folliocularis. Everything arrived as it should, everything very healthy. Contact them, maybe the fault is not theirs but the post delivery system. I don't believe they sent you a ripped open package with dead plants inside. That sucks!!!, everyone, I'm sure, anticipates any plant order and to have it arrive tampered with must really be a downer. I hope you get reimbursed in some way. Cheers.

ontariotraps: I used neem oil and floaded them in water once a week. amanitovirosa: Based on everyone else's experience with them, I guess I just got unlucky. I'll try them again next year for sure now. I think the broken package was a combination of poor packaging and carelessness during delivery. The package was just cardboard and nothing else - BCP used multiple boxes inside the main box which kept everything sturdy, and I remember when I ordered a big box of plants from keehns and he used a Styrofoam box on the inside of the box to strengthen it. Another store I ordered from this year sent it to me in a big Styrofoam box and nothing else and it was very strong as well. I think that it would have been fine if it weren't for the delivery service or if it was shipped from somewhere much closer, but like I said it was just bad luck.
