TDS is deceiving. Organic solutes are not necessarily bad for CP's. Just mix the used grounds with distilled water and pour the slurry on the top of the soil.

Ng said 1/4 strength. Someone else said mix grounds with the water ....soo i did 1/3 stength ish. ....

Im scared. Someone hold me . coffeed all my neps ... It's okay Paul, if I can reassure you that they'll be safe and even benefit from being coffeed. But if you're still worried, I've been told that a great way to distract yourself is to steam some peat. dvg

I usually just give my plants the leftover black coffee that I would normally drink, once it has cooled to room temperature.
The grounds can go mouldy on or in the media they are being added to.
Not sure if that is even a problem that wouldn't sort itself out, but some folks don't appreciate the aesthetics of a mouldy-topped media for their prized rare Neps.

Damn it i dont wannna steam peat LoL. K so u have used at full strength. . little less worried . Soo many of my neps r basaling and loosing a bunch of pitchers ....damn it

Don't worry paul. I used full strength black coffee on my neps as well and they seem to be doing fantastic. You should see great results in a few weeks!
