Is it possible to have a FAQ for each category, that might cut the posts in each topic,then if the answer is not in the FAQ the forum member can make a post which will be added to the FAQ someday!

Sounds like a good idea, that way people with questions can post it in that category without clustering other catagories.

It's legal to mail them but it may be illegal to receive them. Put some thought into dews that are unlikely to be pests such as annuals.

Temperate dews would be too difficult. South African dews (except capensis) would likely be safe.
