My Lithops seeds have been growing since August and are starting to come out of their shells. Here's a pot of L. aucampiae.

Wow ian ! These lil rocks just puzzle me, its a quite amazing genus. You are the only one i know with lithops seedlings, well done :-)

I've got a whole bunch of seeds. I'm going to sow them next week. What medium did you use under the grit?

Lloyd- I used Shultz's cactus soil plus more grit and some fine sand. I guess it was 3:1:1. Glazed pots about 5" in diameter and deep.
