Bonjour Maiden - The flowers should be self pollinating. All you need to do is sit back and watch your chilies grow! There are even hotter chilies out there than the one you are growing. Some are nearly twice as hot on a consistent basis. Often hotter, and in my opinion much tastier are a range of 7-Pod chilies from Trinidad. The best source I know for chili seeds is Refining Fire Chilies. I've been pretty happy with their purity and ended up with some really nicely flavored fire over the years.

Bonjour Maiden - Oui, the Moruga is very tasty! The Reaper was bread to be a record breaker, and is not a culinary chili. As such, it is not as flavorful as previous record holders. But if heat is what you are looking for, it will deliver! Good luck!

ya! And very good ones. I think these lil super hot peppers will be perfect for me and my recipes The specie i grow stay very short; 8 inches maximum, and very bushy. Its perfect for indoor growing. I got cheated on eblow, but at the end, these peppers are much better I got a ID from PepperJoe himself: Hi Frank and thanks for your input. Your pepper is in the Cayenne family. Looks exactly like the Pueblo pepper that I sold many years ago. It could also be a type of Thai Pepper. Very very hot. Enjoy, PJ Bonjour Maiden - The flowers should be self pollinating. All you need to do is sit back and watch your chilies grow! Not this specie I have to use a paintbrush to pollinate the flowers. If i skip some flowers, they dry up and die :/

Bonjour Maiden - Interesting you need to hand pollinate! Usually that is only true of species chilies, and not cultivars. If you want seeds of a true, and guaranteed self-pollinating strain of ghost chili PM me. Because they are selfing, I have loads of seed. Have you considered growing the rokoto (or rocoto) chili, Capsicum pubescens? They are not as hot as the super hots, but they can pack some nice heat. Fresh they go great in pasta sauces. They have very nice purple flowers. Plus, they are from the Andes and grow best in temperatures like those you grow your Helis! Depending on your setup, you could grow them as a sort of companion plant to your Helis. Chilies and Helies, together at last.

Bonjour Maiden - Sounds like you are doing well! If you decide you want any of the ghost pepper seeds, I don't need anything in return, but thanks. I might also have some rokoto laying around. But I'll have these for years in the future, so there is no rush. I'll be interested to see how your peppers do for you.
