anywho, they didn't have as many cps as they did before. They did have some big neps tho (expensive too).

Hey Zongyi!! How could anyone forget you, especially after them hot pepper stories I wasn't there to be sure, but I was hoping to hear feedback (especially from a CP-oriented POC) since without a car getting to TO is a bit pricey for us... Anyways, I'll let the attendees speak from here on in

Andre and Ruth(his significant other) went on friday before they picked us up at the station, so that was likely who you saw. We (jess and myself) ended up hitching a ride with steve and the 3 of us walked around for like 3 hours, maybe more. Both me and jess thought it was the best blooms yet (all around), although there was a few of our favourite vendors missing. We found a decent amount of CPs' N. alata, N. ventricosa, N. x 'Miranda', S. 'Danas Delight', S. Judith Hindle' and dentate and typical Venus Flytraps. I Picked up an absolutely massive N. x 'Miranda' as did steve, the last 2 as it were! But I had other goodies aswell, 6 dawnredwood trees, 13 differnt calla lily bulbs, more sunflowers(varrieties 54-62), cannas, oh, and herbs..... gosh I know I'm forgetting something! Then there was jess's booty, we made out like bandits, the fun bit was the train ride home! By the end, everyone knew we had a "Man eating plant" at the back of the train! Good time though for sure! Sounds good, I will have to try and get organized to hit it next year... congrats on the massive Nep too, bet it's a sweet looking plant- was it real expensive, if you don't mind me asking, or more "reasonable"??

It was expensive, but it was large! I think it was $45 it's actually 2 plants in the pot and they have branched growth points. it's in a 10 or 12" hanging basket and looks like it could be steped up to give you an Idea of size! You can see a picture of one of it's pitchers in this album: ca.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/siberian_tiggy/album?.dir=/45a0It's the miranda Thanks, Sib

Saw some nice displays. The little one had fun running about everywhere.
I found it tough to keep one eye on the little one while searching for CPs.

just think, in a year or two you can teach her which plants ar CPs and she can duck and weave through the crowds and scope them out for you, that's what my dad did when I was a little kid, cept it was tools! Sib

My wife already has her digging in pots of dirt on our balcony and she loves it. I asked her to get some pics so I can post them up....
