Sprinkle them over moist medium outside where it will be below 0C for the whole winter. Do not germinate them first. Put them in a protected spot, out of the wind and direct sun. Snow cover is good. An unheated shed or garage would be good. since Justin is giving me 90 seeds I was going to germinate a few outside for the winter and a few indoors I also promised my brother a plant for his new apartment since they live in a basement there are always bug and spiders on the outside of the windows. Since outside and inside germination both are about a month . If this is another freak year for us with no cold weather until February what should I do? Can they be stored if I do not use them all at once? Are these like a flytrap growing? I mean does it come though the soil in a rosette where it grows 2 or 3 arms through the center of the plant from a root ball and has a Rhizome?
