Hello all - I don't do TC personally but I thought those of you out there who do might be interested finding substitute babyfood jars. I don't know what their shipping policies are to Canada, and I've never purchased from this vendor - so this is not an endorsement. Neither do I have any personal association with this company. But I know some folks who do TC and they have long mentioned that they wanted just such a product, so I thought I'd give everyone here a heads up.

Cool, shipping will be brutal as we have ordered from Phytotech before. Thanks for the info. I wasn't aware that they have this new product.

Thanks for posting this thread Apoplast.
I had heard something about baby food jars no longer being available in the glass jars...is that true?

I saw the Phytotech ad today. They are 9 cm high but are otherwise the same dimensions as baby food jars. You can still get the standard baby food jars wherever I shop-Loblaws. SDM, etc.

Some of the fruits are now in plastic pot but otherwise everything is still in glass here too.
Thanks for the info Apoplast but I think it would cost an arm and a leg to get these from Phytotech here. There shipping to Canada are really expensive.

Sorry that information was only so useful folks. I guess I should have looked at their shipping details. Good luck to all you TC growers.
