My Camera died after a couple pics but these plants have been catching my eye. Who said the flowering season was over? S. psittacina var. psittacina f. viridescens Bladwin Co. Alabama This ornata is pretty awesome. S. flava var. ornata Bay Co. Florida My favourite flava, not the best but actually looking like what it is. S. flava var. rubricorpora Bay Co. Florida

Beautiful plants! How much light do they receive? Mine only get about 4 - 5 hours, and their colour is despicable.

Between "wasp rot" and super-hot, sunny, dry weather; my sarr's are not looking anywhere as good as in late spring.

Thanks everyone! Doug, the Victoria weather its great for consistency but horrible to bring out the colour in some of the flavas, they really need the heat to get that amazing colour. Overall I'm not complaining as the Darlingtonia grow right next these guys Devon, maybe around 10 hours? Lloyd thats too bad, at least you have the fall pitchers to look forward to! Pet, ya it was published in Stewarts new book shoggoths, the plant by the flower? if so it's a S. purpurea ssp. venosa Brunswick Co. North Carolina I'll try to get a picture for you

Nice coloration on your flavas H2O. Mine just don't seem to pass muster in Toronto's climate. Perhaps by late May colors peak but quickly fade once summer's heat sets in.
