I assume that this is in Malaysia? If so, I went through every species native to that country (there are 11) and none of them were a match. If you are on Terraforums, I would try reposting this there since there is more traffic.

There's some unknowns. Is the flower completely open? Is it a terrestrial/lithophyte that got flooded? I looked for every aquatic/affixed aquatic in tropical Asia and none of them look similar. Same for Genlisea.

guys, sorry for the late reply, this what i get from answer from a pro guy at my place according to him, this is a Utricularia minutissima native species in Malaysia, it live at a place where it get water logged at night, full sun without any cover on day until the soil will actually crack at afternoon @-@

Same for Genlisea. Utricularia minutissima? As I thought above, it might be a flooded, terrestrial utric with partially opened flowers.
