Hello TC Fans, I just got a hold of a supplier in Asia for the vented TC vessels. These are usually pricey but for wholesale, the person will give it to me for CAD 2.50 a pair (vessel + Cap). Anyone interested can send me a PM. Shipping will depend on your location. Here are sample pics of what your getting. Thanks hb

Hi Hackerberry,
Would you be interested in another type of TC container? I think I have some that I could just ship to you. I believe I shipped some to renesis in the past, when he was just starting to build his own flow hood. Perhaps you can ask him if the TC containers he received from me worked for him.

Hi Hackerberry, I hope that these jars will be helpful to you to try TC out. I've found some pics: These jars with white lids typically hold ~100mL. These jars with black lids are a bit bigger than the ones with the white lids. I have tested one of each jar and they both seem to be autoclavable(including the lids)!! However, most of these "freebie jars" have some old labels on them. I'm not sure if that matters to you or not?? huh....just tried the preview this msg and the pics aren't showing up...... Hey Ellsie,
The jars worked fantastic, I'm still using them all! I especially like them for pings. I did manage to get most the labels off. The black lids are a bit more brittle and a few of those lids have cracked after being used a dozen times, the white lids though are all excellent still.
I would love to get some more of the white lid jars off you if you have more.
HB, those vented containers look like they would work well too! I'm a bit jealous. But, I've been neglecting all my TC and plants lately with the new job taking up all my time. I haven't had all that much trouble using non-vented jars. I'm looking at a few jars here, and other than the massive overcrowding, the VFTs are still looking perfect since their last replate at the end of August. Some of the pings have started to brown a little though.

Hey Renesis,
I didn't realize that the black lids are that brittle!! Sorry about that! But that's always good to know!
I will check how many of the jars with white lids I have and get back to you guys on that. Would containers that are larger be helpful for TC? Since larger jars would be more taller, I guess the plants would just have more room to grow higher.

I see it now, where do you get those jars? I would prefer the plastic as they are easier to clean and I'm used to it already. Thanks for the offer Ellsie! And Renesis, post some updated pics of your TC.

Hey Renesis,
I found ~35 glass containers with the white lids. These are a bit taller than the ones I shipped to you before. They hold ~8 fl. oz. Do you think these would work for you for your TC?
