Best carnivorous plants includes bonus plants when you order for all their customers. These plants are FREE, and are offered as a reward for ordering and an incentive to have your repeat business. It is always a delight to get these freebies. I am uncertain at the moment which plants they include, but if they do include red flytraps, I will make a point of putting one in with your order when I send it to you! Enjoy!

They used to have this neat photogallery in which was pictured a white venus Flytrap- at least some of the leaves/traps are part white, but upon returning to the site, I can't find the picture. Some on the board feel that such a flytrap would be unstable (in other words it would not stay white) And whether it really in truth exists- I will e-mail them and find out for you. Give me a few days, I am busy with a pile of forms right now.

I've seen that pic and I remeber reading that they said it was a new selection from their seedlings. I've had a couple of white VFT's in my seedlings but they died. :/

I will ask them if the white VFT is for sale. If it is, I can't say it will stay white.

Hello group. For those of you who asked, the white flytrap shown in the photo gallery of Best Carnivorous Plants was NOT stable and they did not keep it.
As of 12:00 today the EURO is worth $1.36 Canadian. It is getting time to add up your orders, do the math, and let me have your real names and addresses so I can place the order. You can send me payment by cheque, money order or bank draft to: CATHY DESMOND 210 FOURTH AVE. APT. 28, KITCHENER, ONT. N2C 1P2. I will be PM iall members of this group order over the next few days with a list of what you have ordered so I am clear on it all. If you have yet to order or shop, please do so. If you have any changes, let me know.

I thought I would post what I am thinking of ordering, to get peoples opinions on if they are good choices, and how to grow them, and if, by chance, any of you have these already, and would be willing to share (I'm assuming this way would be cheaper than ordering) ;D So, here it goes: Pinguicula esseriana hemiepiphytica laueana Drosera Lake Badgerup Utricularia bisquimata fulva sandersonii subulata uniflora warburgii welwitschii
I don't plan on getting all of these, maybe just 4 or 5, and want some help narrowing it down. Which are the most showy or unusual or easy to grow? I've never had Utrics before, so are there any tips for growing them? I have various kinds of Pings and Drosera and Sarracenia, so I know the basics of CP culture, but, are Utrics different? How do you feed them? Thanks.

Don't bother with U. subulata, trust me, it has infested my collection for many years and I have seen maybe 2 flowers on the thing despite having it in several pots

I have PM'd some (but not all) of the members of this order. Check to make sure they are correct, and that your prices are up to date.
