Hi I have heard that some varieties of bladderwort are aquatic and some are more terran in their perference of growing conditions. What varieites are terran, as I hear it makes a good ground cover in a terrarium. Is it true this plant eats paramecium? Who would have thunk it!

Any book or site with bladderworts will list them by the growing conditions. Most of the commonly grown ones are straight terrestrial. They would make a good ground cover, but you would never, ever get rid of them short of incinerating all the soil and disinfecting the terrarium. They probably would eat anything that was around when a bladder is triggered.
