It contains some minor of "their bulbs do this" but its pretty unbiased and hugely informational. I highly recommend everyone read this. FAQ.pdfOr: (Search page) Linky link-Then click on "Light and Plants"

Yeah it is informative. However the only thing it doesn't say is that while using T12 bulbs the Lumins are pretty low compared to other high output systems. True it puts out a better spectrum but regular Daylight lamps are good for that as well but you can get them in HO at 5000 lumins compared to the T12 2750 lumins. Is it worth the extra money to buy a gro-lux over a daylight bulb? ?? I would say no but thats just me. I used both daylight spectrum and gro-lux and see no visable difference with T12 size bulbs. My T5 HO lit plants are awesomly healthy and don't seem lacking at all! But the article is very informative to learn about spectrums that plants use and need!!! So good find!!!!!

Thats the problem with information... once you know you realize how good/suck your current setup is. For example I found out mine could probally use a better amount and quality of light. Before this I thought was at the top of quality with my 2 gro bulbs.
