Hi,
I was wondering if any of you may know a source for test tubes in Canada, with the opening of the tube being 1"? I'm not completly satisfied with baby food jar for introduction in TC and those tubes take less space on my shelf.... Any idea?

I'm home! Here's the link to the site: www.science-is.com/The test tubes are in the "Lab Supplies" section... I've ordered from there and they are really reliable! (In my case) I called to place an order! Cya

In the end, I've expanded my search to USA to, and it seems that Phytotech Laboratories offer them at a very nice prize, plus with the type of caps I was looking for. not sure if I'll order anyway, and still dont know if the shipping cost is a killer or not!

Too bad, we just finalized our Phytotech order. Don't forget to get a USPS quote before you order, UPS is well known for overcharging to Canada.

People seem to think that Phytotech charges pretty steep S&H. The total S&H was $15 for my order last year and $16.75 for my recent order. This is in US$. This doesn't seem too bad as they ship USPS global express mail (3-5 days, supposedly) with insurance. This seems pretty reasonable to me all in all. I've been ordering by email, requesting a USPS quote (not the outrageous UPS).
