Step One- Take a ceph pitcher, stick it in some live Long Fibre Sphagnum....cover with plastic and then wait, wait,wait. Tried two pitchers, one rotted and was discarded. The other one has started to root!!!! (the picture of the pitcher is a bit blurry).
