Hi Andre, How do I know which ones are 15 psi? None of them list it on the box or inside. I've found dozens of different models but none specify how many psi. What size should I buy, the cheapest are the 4 Litre aluminum ones. Lloyd

guys....cephalotus are the australian pitcher plants...aren'tthey ...infact there are the smallest one I think....I tried to purchase one from US. But then found out that permits and taxes and customs make it around 100 $ and I didn't bother.
Is there any Canadian retailer who has the australian pitchers for sale??

Lloyd,
The one I bought has a pressure guage, when it reaches the desired pressure I just find a heat seating on the stove that will keep it in that range.

Most have a rocker on the top. You keep enough heat on it to slightly rock the rocker. If too much heat is used the water will boil out of the cooker and burn whatever you have in there. I put about an inch in the bottom. Some also have weights you can add or remove to atain the pressure you want. Stephen
